Owner Diane Zammel Welcomes You Aboard

"To Sea With Z" offers a fantastic opportunity for Lecturers, Seminar Speakers, Bridge Directors, Dance Hosts and Dance Instructors to see the world, while at the same time offering enrichment programs to passengers aboard some of the most highly regarded cruise lines. We are very selective in choosing the people that sail aboard the ships to provide enhancement and hospitality for the cruising guests because we want to offer only the best experience for all involved.

Hosts Ted Lester, Terry Owen, Gary Majer & Roger Kergel

The cruise line offers a complimentary cabin aboard the ship, port charges and taxes for enrichment program guests who volunteer to sail aboard. All meals are included as well as other shipboard amenities that are offered to paying passengers. Airfare, ground transportation and service gratuities are not usually included. You are subject to charges for on board purchases and services (such as the Spa) normally applicable to passengers and you must settle your account at the end of your cruise.

You must bring a valid passport with you. You are responsible for securing all the proper documentation including any required visas and/or vaccinations and inoculation certificates. You will be advised of any special requirements by "To Sea With Z".

There is a small placement fee of $30/pp per day rendered by the enhancement participants to "To Sea With Z". This is to take care of the organizational details of the program, ensure that the participants' names are on the Ship's Manifest and that all goes smoothly with the journey. Just think of it, if you qualify, you can sail aboard a luxurious ship to exotic locations all over the world for only $210/pp per week.

LECTURERS / SEMINAR SPEAKERS A variety of enrichment programs are offered aboard the ship. The type of person that would be best qualified is someone who is well informed, entertaining and personable. Digital Photographers, Computer Instructors, Modern Technology Instructors, Destination/Port oriented speakers, University professors, school teachers, handwriting analysts, genealogists, interior designers, artists, and arts & crafts instructors are only some of the candidates that would be appropriate. Learn more about our program by clicking LECTURERS/ SEMINAR SPEAKERS.

BRIDGE DIRECTORS Bridge is an extremely popular entertainment activity aboard the ships, especially when the ships are at sea. Bridge Directors must be certified by the ACBL and able to issue Master Points. The cruise lines offer sanctioned games and passengers will be able to receive their points after the cruise disembarks. Since bridge lectures and lessons are also presented aboard the ship, the perfect candidate should be a certified teacher as well. Learn more about our program by clicking BRIDGE DIRECTORS.

DANCE HOSTS Dance across the sea as you host women passengers traveling independently. The perfect Dance Host should be a mature gentleman who is a cultivated social dancer, a refined conversationalist and an outgoing person with impeccable moral ethics. As a Dance Host you are onboard to dance, socialize and help our female guests enjoy their cruise. Learn more about out program by clicking DANCE HOSTS / DANCE INSTRUCTORS.

DANCE INSTRUCTORS Dance Instructors must be a couple knowledgeable in all Ballroom and Latin dances and they should be able to conduct several different one hour classes. The caliber of teaching should be a bronze level or above. Some ships may require the dance couple to perform a showcase number on stage or perform a "dance party show" (champagne hour). “Wow, what a cruise! I am writing to thank-you so much for all you did to place me and my husband, Duane, on the “Norwegian Sky” repositioning cruise from Ensenada to Seattle. It was perfect!... Roxy, from the Cruise Director’s staff was very helpful and enthusiastic, and made sure that all of my lecturing needs were taken care of….Diane, we appreciate your assistance to us and I count you as a top notch enrichment booking agent.”
Marie O.-

“I want to express my gratitude to you for adding a rich facet to my life. The Alaskan cruise was pure delight! My talks, as a “local”, were very popular…I only wish I could do those lectures globally. They are so fun, and I am so familiar with the material… Again, Diane, thank-you for booking me. It is a delight working with you, and in the lovely world of cruising!”
Susan S.-

“Can not tell you how much I enjoyed the trip. The “Norwegian Dream” certainly lives up to her name and to ice the cake we had 13 days without rain. This miracle in the Baltic! There simply was not a single flaw and I am extremely grateful to you. My friend got to know almost all 1,700 passengers!”
Jane S.-

“Thank-you so much for the opportunity to work with you! I can’t tell you enough how thrilled we are and what a dream come true this is to come on board & teach classes, share my passion for pictures & enjoy another incredible NCL cruise”
Sherry H.-

“Nadine & I want to thank-you for the opportunity of directing Bridge on the “Norway”. Our experience was most successful. We started with 3 tables of Bridge and 12 attendees at the Lectures. We built up to 6 tables and 26 attendees… We attracted a number of new players who stayed for all of our sessions.”
Harvey M.-

“Ron and I have just returned from our cruise on the “Norwegian Sky” where we had numerous Bridge players…This beautiful ship has wonderful facilities for Bridge… The shows were superb, as was everything else. Please feel free to call when you’re in need of our services for future cruises.”
Joy S.-

“To date I’ve worked 18 cruises for NCL and Celebrity Cruise Lines with you as my representative since my first encounter with you in 1999 as a Certified Bridge Director. You are very efficient, knowledgeable and a “warm” individual. It’s a pleasure to be associated with you!”
Patricia H.-

“I would like to take this opportunity to thank-you for making these cruises available to both hosts and unaccompanied female passengers… It is all worthwhile when we experience the joy that dancing brings to our partners.”
Bill B.-

“I must comment on my relationship with you. Though we have never met and have spoken on the phone only a few times, those conversations have been most pleasant. I find it very easy to talk with you. I suppose that is because you listen. It is therefore easy doing business with you.”
Leonard B.-

"Joanne and I want to thank you for the opportunity to combine our two loves - Cruising (on Norwegian) and pets! The cruise directors make us feel welcome, are very helpful and provide for all our lecturing needs. You and your staff are very easy to work with, pleasant and knowledgeable. We cannot wait to be booked for future cruises."
George and Joanne B.-
